Summary: We are seeking an accomplished and creative Director of Molecular Science to reputed company molecular research and innovation initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and strategic direction of molecular biology programs, including genomics, proteomics, gene editing, and biomarker discovery. The ideal candidate will bring deep scientific expertise, strong leadership, product development experience, and a passion for advancing molecular science and genomic testing. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate, reputed company, and manage molecular science research programs designed to improve diagnostic testing for rare diseases.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Expertise in molecular techniques such as PCR, qPCR, NGS, gene editing, and molecular diagnostics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GLP, CLIA, FDA) is a plus.
