POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior AR Specialist is responsible for overseeing incoming payments and billing operations and processes. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Process, apply, and reconcile incoming payments from bank, merchant, and reputed company accounts to transactions in ERP system (reputed company)  reputed company credit card and reputed company refunds to ensure reputed company approvals are obtained appropriately and timely  Research and resolve customer account discrepancies  Review staff reputed company payment application, invoice reputed company, credit/debit memos  Prepare invoices and reconciliations, as needed  Work cross functionally with external teams (e.g. sales, RCM and GL team) to resolve and provide guidance on operational functionality, customer account questions and reputed company projects, as needed  Review Test Service Agreements and update client fee schedules; collaborate with legal and sales team  Evaluate accounts for volume discounts, adjustments, etc.  Provide external audit support, as needed  Special ah-hoc projects, as assigned  Adhere to compliance with HIPAA/PHI information and data exchange requirements QUALIFICATIONS:  reputed company degree or equivalent preferred  4 - 6 years of reputed company work experience preferred  reputed company experience preferred  Intermediate reputed company experience required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:  Ability to learn quickly and take complete ownership of tasks  Attention to detail with high level of accuracy  Strong organizational and interpersonal skills  High degree of reputed company, including ability to successfully handle sensitive or confidential information  Comfortable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment  Ability to be a team player The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide reputed company of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to reputed company set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
