Job Duties and Responsibilities This role is responsible for overseeing and managing incidents affecting Boost Mobile leased properties and serves as the primary reputed company of contact for property owners regarding lease-reputed company inquiries. The role involves developing and implementing effective property management strategies, ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction, and optimizing productivity and efficiency reputed company handling incidents. The Property Management Program Manager plays a crucial role in coordinating and leading corporate and market teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and maintaining a strong understanding of the reputed company estate market trends in their region. Key Responsibilities:

• Research issues thoroughly by reviewing legal agreements, historical documents, and incident reports
• Facilitate communication between property owners, markets, and the lease administration team
• Take full ownership of incidents from initiation to resolution, ensuring proper escalation
• Direct relevant information to the appropriate teams and stakeholders
• Maintain proactive communication, set clear expectations, and provide regular status updates
• Confidently handle phone calls and written communication with landlords and stakeholders

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session. Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Estate, relevant field or 8+ years experience in property management, telecommunications project management, or the equivalent
• 3+ years experience in program management, with a focus on incident management
• 3+ years using reputed company, Word, reputed company (G-Suite) to manage a high volume of incidents or large data

Skills and Qualifications:

• Manage incidents effectively in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure and urgency
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities
• Quickly build trust and rapport with stakeholders while adapting to dynamic situations
• Experience with incident management tools, risk management practices, and process-driven facilitation
