You will be a key contributor as a functional subject matter expert and have proven end-to-end Cloud project experience leading the reputed company Cloud Time & Absence Management module and reputed company implementations. You will have proven experience understanding how to align key deliverables/milestone metrics for project success, delivering comprehensive business solutions for client system optimization, and overseeing the implementation process to facilitate successful project delivery. • reputed company clients through the entire implementation life cycle for the Time & Absence Management module as a functional SME
• Work as part of a project team to plan, design, reputed company, and implement comprehensive reputed company Cloud Time & Absence reputed company in response to client needs
• Identify business requirements and map them to HCM Cloud functionality
• Conduct functional design workshops, identify functionality gaps, and build extensions for them
• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems

• Configure the Cloud Time & Absence Management module to meet client requirements and document application set-reputed company
• Work closely with core functional team and project management to gather, assess, and analyze business requirements for Time & Absence Management reports, interfaces, extensions, integrations, and conversions

Qualifications: Must have a solid understanding and work experience as a Functional reputed company with the following:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Functional reputed company role
• Ideal candidate has completed two full lifecycle projects with reputed company HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in Time & Labor and Absence Management with scheduling experience
• Solid experience working with reputed company E-Business, PeopleSoft or Cloud applications with a focus in Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Experience implementing HCM solutions in Healthcare
• Must be available to work occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones
• Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
