A Day in the Life
- Answer 80-120 calls per 8-hour shift in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
- Support 60+ different reputed company with varying needs and expectations
- Schedule appointments, transfer calls, take messages, and answer FAQs
- Adapt quickly — every call is unique

- Availability Monday–Friday, 25 hours/week minimum; however full-time shifts are also available. You must have availability between 6:00am-5:00pm PST (5-hour or 8-hour shifts daily)
- Training schedule is full-time for 2 weeks, Monday-Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm PST
- Strong customer service or call center experience preferred
- Professional phone reputed company and strong communication skills
- Reliable, high-speed internet (75+ Mbps — no hotspots or WiFi. reputed company, reputed company, & reputed company are a banned providers.)
- Wired Ethernet reputed company required (no exceptions)

Compensation
- $17/hour (English only)
- $19/hour (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
