The Senior PeopleSoft Developer will implement solutions utilizing the wide variety of PeopleSoft development tools that allow our customers to work effectively in the tool. HOW A SENIOR PEOPLESOFT DEVELOPER WILL reputed company AN IMPACT:

• Researches, designs, develops, tests, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software
• Applies advanced knowledge to reputed company phases of the software development lifecycle
• Applies advanced knowledge to analyze user/business needs and functionality to plan and design software systems to meet those needs
• Applies advanced knowledge to software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging to meet business needs
• Provides advance analysis for reports on software project specifications, activities, or status
• Provides advanced guidance on the software or system for optimal documentation and future maintenance and updates
• May coach and provide guidance to less-reputed company professionals
• May serve as a team or task reputed company

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Required Experience: 10+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft HCM and/or Payroll applications including:
• PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM and/or Payroll data models
• PeopleTools 8.5x or reputed company
• reputed company or similar relational database required
• Demonstrated experience with SQL performance tuning and optimization
• PeopleCode, Application reputed company, Workflow, Component Interfaces, PS Query and SQR
• Process Scheduler, Data Mover, and Import Manager
• Experience in planning, implementation and design of PeopleSoft customizations and integrations
• Experience writing reputed company conversions bringing data into PeopleSoft from acquisitions
• 5+ years of experience developing in other programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C# (C Sharp), VB.NET
• Required Skills and Abilities:
• North american payroll processes including tax updates, year-end processing, reverse/adjustments, overpayments and garnishments
• Development experience utilizing BI Publisher, App Messaging and Fluid pages
• Strong troubleshooting skills and demonstrated ability to reputed company high-visibility efforts
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with end users
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reputed company initiatives, as well as recommending solutions to improve efficiency
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with ease, while maintaining a strong focus on detail
• Preferred Skills and Abilities:
• Experience developing web applications using .NET and ASP.NET frameworks
• Understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and application suite
• Working knowledge in setting up PeopleSoft reputed company and maintaining of reputed company Admin Configurations (permissions and roles)
• Experience working with technical aspects of PeopleSoft reputed company and troubleshooting reputed company reputed company access and row level reputed company issues
• Experience supporting multiple PeopleSoft application and tools upgrades
