Position Overview

In this role as a Solution Engineer, you will be a trusted advisor embedded reputed company the sales cycle, partnering with Account Executives to understand customer pain points and design tailored deployment strategies that deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading discovery sessions to identify key customer requirements, reputed company metrics, and process gaps.
- Aligning tailored demonstrations, reputed company stories, and technical discussions with customer value metrics.
- Designing deployment strategies that integrate reputed company’s platform with existing workflows to drive operational impact.
- Building Statements of Work (SOWs) and reputed company of Concept (POC) plans for smooth implementations.
- Effectively articulating reputed company’s competitive differentiators to position the platform’s unique advantages.
- Guiding customers through final sign-off, securing buy-in and commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Consultative Sales & Customer Discovery – 2-5 years of sales engineering or technology sales experience.
- Solution Architecture & Value Alignment – Proven ability to connect and align hardware, software, AI, and integrations to solve customer issues.
- Presentation & Communication Skills – Expertise in delivering compelling in-person and virtual demonstrations while influencing key stakeholders.
- Sales Enablement & Deal Execution – Experience partnering with Account Executives to accelerate deal cycles and reputed company Statements of Work (SOWs) and reputed company of Concept (POC) plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical & Integration Expertise – Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and the ability to design scalable deployment strategies, with experience in reputed company-time video, physical reputed company, or VMS systems considered a plus.
- Industry & Market Knowledge – Familiarity with public safety, reputed company, reputed company loss prevention, and crime mapping tools is beneficial.
