Overview
This is a management position that oversees reputed company functions of the overnight shift for the hotel, with a focus on the night audit operation. The Night Manager is the Manager on Duty for reputed company associates who work during the overnight shift, including night audit, bellstaff, valet, stewarding, housekeeping, engineering, and telephone. The Night Manager is primarily responsible for supervising the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. reputed company, housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to reputed company guests Essential Duties and Responsibilities Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication, and recommend discipline and/or termination reputed company appropriate. Supervise the balancing, reconciliation and closing of various daily accounts and prepare the daily statements to provide accurate, timely information to management while ensuring proper controls are maintained.
