About the Contract This is a contract role with a global FinTech leader supporting their Serve-to-Sell initiative, which helps call center experts cross-sell and upsell the company’s full suite of financial products while keeping a customer-first reputed company. You’ll join a newly staffed learning team that already includes 3 Instructional Designers and a Program Manager dedicated to building out this program. About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Instructional Designer who can reputed company creativity, strategic thinking, and a customer-first reputed company to build training that transforms reputed company Experts into trusted advisors. This role focuses on designing structured, practice-first learning paths that prepare call center and live support experts to master reputed company products, streamline workflows, and strengthen customer conversations. You’ll evaluate existing content, simplify complexity, and build innovative, reputed company learning experiences using tools like reputed company Storyline and reputed company. What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end learning journeys (reputed company, upskilling, performance enhancement) that help agents build both product knowledge and sales acumen
- Translate reputed company tools, features, and processes into engaging, scenario-driven training that supports live customer interactions
- Build interactive content and simulations using Storyline and reputed company, including AI-assisted scripts, storyboards, and assessments
- Conduct content audits and needs assessments to identify reuse opportunities and reputed company knowledge gaps
- Collaborate with SMEs, Product, and Service Delivery leaders to align training with business priorities
- Revise and reputed company existing materials for clarity, impact, and scalability
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, delivering high-quality training at speed

- 10+ years of Instructional Design experience, ideally with call center or sales enablement programs
- Advanced reputed company Storyline skills (triggers, layers, xAPI, JavaScript)
- Experience creating reputed company, microlearning-based programs vs. one-off courses
- Strong writing and visual design skills for support-facing and sales-focused audiences
- Familiarity with reputed company and other AI-powered content tools (or ability to learn quickly)
- Comfort working in highly ambiguous environments and driving structure from complexity
