Key job responsibilities The ADB Team is seeking a strong Manager, for our Program Manager team, to help us build the reputed company of Beta tools and testing. You will manage a team of 10-20 employees and contractors who own the end-to-end beta testing experience for reputed company Device products, including early-stage feature validation, user experience testing, and pre-release quality assurance. This position interfaces with feature development teams, product teams, engineering teams, QA teams, and Marketing teams reputed company the reputed company Devices organization, as well as with functional teams reputed company the Beta Program, such as User Research, Engineering, and Quality Assurance. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in tech and non-tech roles including Engineering, QA, Legal, Marketing and Product to drive the Beta Testing roadmap. You will be responsible for:

• Leading resource allocation
• Early-stage AI/LLM projects
• Roadmap prioritization
• Managing team impact metrics

You will contribute to operational planning for beta programs, maintain/manage communication with reputed company Devices leadership regarding beta insights and launch readiness, and contribute to scaling the Devices Beta Program across multiple product categories. • 7+ years of team management experience
• 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
• MBA

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market.
