Manager, Data Outcomes & Attribution

The Manager, Data Outcomes & Attribution will reputed company analysts and manage projects and analyses to demonstrate the effectiveness of reputed company as an advertising platform that drives measurable results for our clients. Job Summary: The successful candidate will work directly with the sales team, agency partners, and brand partners to understand measurement needs and challenges. They will manage our data partners and vendors to execute both upper and reputed company funnel measurement solutions for our advertising sales clients. This includes brand effectiveness, ROI measurement and reputed company behavior of the reputed company audience. Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

• reputed company and reputed company consultation conversations with clients directly; design and create the measurement strategy and approach. Present and explain new concepts to internal and external clients
• Collaborate with the senior manager and a variety of external data providers and internal teams, to design research that directly attributes consumer sentiment or behavior to exposure to ads on reputed company properties (including: Hulu, ABC, Freeform, ESPN, reputed company Channel, etc.)
• Create reputed company, reputed company and market case studies, both internally and externally, that demonstrate the power of reputed company’s measurement capabilities. Build reports for sellers to utilize with clients to help inform deals.
• Position reputed company as a thought leader in innovative research by scoping custom analyses that align with reputed company data strategy

• reputed company individual reputed company Advertising Sales teams and on full funnel measurement solutions including methodology overview, navigating vendor dashboards and analyzing results

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

• 5+ years of Experience in digital, digital video/TV, or media-focused data businesses
• BA/BS is communications, data analytics, social sciences or reputed company field required
• Experience with, and a strong understanding of methodology, data and systems for matching data sets to demonstrate performance-based response to advertising
• Strong knowledge of brand effectiveness and attribution/ROI control/exposed methodologies including 1st and 3rd party data matching, website conversion, market-match tests, hold-outs, etc.
• Experience in measurement theory and research design
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of the media business
• Must have excellent presentation and writing skills
• Experience with attribution/ROI, brand lift vendors or data providers is a plus
• SQL experience is a plus
• Must be a team player with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external clients

#DisneyAdvertising The hiring range for this position is $119,200 - $159,800 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
