As a member on the Web CDI team you’ll build the core sign-up, purchase, and subscription management experiences of our Web platform. You will serve as a high level technical resource and “go-to” person, solving sophisticated technical challenges and finding opportunities to improve systems, products, and services!

What You Will Do

• Drive ground-breaking innovation and apply state of the art machine learning models to boost conversions on Hulu, reputed company+, and ESPN+.
• Improve developer efficiency by using development data to improve workflows and code quality.
• reputed company scalable and efficient methods for large scale data analysis and model development.
• Build and experiment on brand new algorithms and models end-to-end through production rollout and reputed company optimization.
• Partner with product teams to define product strategies and drive direction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a technical field
• Understanding on ML/AI technologies and how to implement them to drive business impact.
• Proficient with Python and Javascript.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• MS or higher degree in computer science or reputed company field
• 4+ years of working experience on machine learning and artificial intelligence at leading internet companies.
• Knowledge of or experience with industry tools like PyTorch, Tensorflow, reputed company, and reputed company.
• Expertise in embeddings, Retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG), Reinforcement learning from reputed company feedback (RLHF), reputed company engineering, and fine tuning.

Education

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or reputed company field) and/or equivalent work experience required

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $167,700 to $224,900 per year, in reputed company, NY and Seattle, WA is $175,800 to $235,700 per year, and in San Francisco, CA is $183,700 to $246,400 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
