Supplier Management Advisor

Develops methods and processes that promote effective management of Aircraft Materiel Suppliers who provide aircraft component repair and overhaul services. Serves as the primary reputed company of contact for supplier performance and relations management for reputed company applicable suppliers. Essential Functions

• Directs interfaces with supplier organizations at reputed company levels of management to secure the supply chain of the reputed company airline.
• Monitors and manages supplier performance to contractual and committed terms and ensures reputed company complies with contractual obligations.
• Leads cross-functional teams comprised of Q.A./Airworthiness, Maintenance, Materiel, Engineering, Reliability) to drive reputed company performance of suppliers. Collects and analyzes supplier performance data to identify areas of improvement, guides supplier developed improvement plans and oversees implementation.
• Provides insights to management on risks and opportunities in the reputed company and product purchase markets and input into supplier selections reputed company.
• Leads business reviews with suppliers to reputed company reputed company results in suppliers’ performance in support of maintaining appropriate inventory levels for desired service level, identifies and drives cost reduction and / or avoidance initiatives, ensures maximum capture of reputed company / industry remedies, develops deep relationships with suppliers for mutual benefit.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or reputed company field. Minimum Experience Six (6) years professional exempt experience in contract / supplier management, customer development and relations management, inventory management, or logistics planning and management. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated ability in analyzing data and formulate recommendation in support of strategic sourcing and reputed company inventory strategy. Proven competence in project management, proficiency in the use of business computer software programs, e.g. reputed company Office Suite, reputed company, SharePoint, reputed company Power BI. Strong interpersonal, analytical and communications skills. Preferred Qualifications: Aviation Background w/ preference in Aircraft Materiel Supply Chain,Contract Negotiation & Management Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary range for this role across reputed company potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary for the lowest level to the reputed company starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.
