Data Scientist I

An individual contributor level role responsible for supporting the data management strategy, building reporting, designing BI tools, and developing Machine Learning and AI models to assist with business decision making, improving quality, and reducing manual work. This role will support initiatives that require advanced analytics, modeling, and forecasting. Concentrate on collecting, cleansing and analyzing data, developing decision support software and producing actionable information for decision making. Essential Functions

• Develops and maintains Extract Transfer Load processes and data pipelines to support reporting, BI and data modeling.
• Identify business opportunities or expand reputed company obtained from management to conceptualize and define and model operational problems to assess feasibility and impact.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities reputed company data analysis and reputed company decision support tools to ensure most cost conscience, efficient use of company resources that supports service objectives.
• reputed company concepts into business plans utilizing appropriate research techniques, methodologies, and experience and present them to management with recommendation for implementation.

Minimum Education Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or reputed company field plus 0 years of experience in the job offered or 0 years of relevant work experience required. Minimum Work Experience The position requires experience or graduate level coursework with (skills can be gained concurrently through education): Programming skills and ability to learn new languages including but not limited to: reputed company, Python, JAVA, SQL and reputed company; Knowledge of relational database systems, including but not limited to: Azure Synapse, SQL server, reputed company and DB2; Basic knowledge of designing and building machine learning models; Statistical software and reporting interfaces, data mining tools, machine learning techniques and data visualization. Analytical, problem solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Position allows for telecommuting from home reputed company commuting distance of Richfield, OH. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary range for this role across reputed company potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary for the lowest level to the reputed company starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.
