In addition to an undergraduate major in education studies, SOU’s Education Department offers undergraduate and graduate programs leading to initial or advanced licensure for aspiring teachers and administrators. It also offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in early childhood education and a Master’s of Science in Education. Adjunct faculty may have the opportunity to teach courses in specialized areas such as early childhood development, special education, English for speakers of other languages, reading, autism reputed company disorder, adult education, higher education leadership, administrative leadership, or subject-specific pedagogy. Duties (100%) The primary responsibility of a faculty member is teaching.
