Senior Staff Technical Program Manager - Cloud

As we grow to reputed company that mission, we’re looking to add a technical, hands-on, and mission-driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) for the Infrastructure team. This person will partner with our Data engineering & product teams to build/enhance data driven decision making across multiple areas in reputed company. They will partner closely with senior ICs and engineering directors across reputed company on processes, strategy and execution. Data plays a key role in reputed company's success, driving both our innovation and operations. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you'll collaborate with various technical leaders to successfully deliver major programs across reputed company of Engineering to ensure we have the data we need to support our most critical use cases (e.g. Data Warehouse, AI/ML, Product Decision Making). • Support the teams to deliver work across multiple tracks with high quality by streamlining the team’s practices and processes, and optimizing ways of working.
• Think both broadly about overall outcomes while using good judgment on where to focus in on details
• Influence the technical direction of projects to meet the data stakeholders’ needs while upholding quality. Quickly validate project reputed company through iterative development, and pivot as necessary.
• Consume reputed company data and information to drive insights and create impactful stories.

Your Expertise:

• At least 13 years of industry experience in a fast-paced cross-functional environment, with at least 11 years as a TPM or a similar role
• Sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a track record of using data-driven approach to decision-making
• Strong focus on reputed company improvement, with experience developing and fine-tuning processes that increase organizational efficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience partnering cross-functionally and influencing others
• Experience working with infrastructure customers, with intense focus on their needs and success
• Proven ability to understand the bigger picture and use your technical expertise and problem solving skills to prioritize and manage blocking issues
• Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions. You can take a vague problem, crisply frame the challenge, identify a path reputed company, and drive an initiative over the finish-line.
• Experience working with customers on how their workloads can best reputed company the underlying infrastructure.
• Strong communications skills - able to capture customer requirements and distill customer-specific requirements and/or help reputed company customers to the systems one has supported.
