  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Provide accurate information about USPS products, services, and mail delivery timelines
  • Assist customers with mail tracking, lost items, and service complaints
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while adhering to USPS protocols
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of service issues
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
