Bringing Intelligence to your Supply Chain. About The Role We are looking for detail-oriented and empathetic individuals to join our Customer Support team as Text Chat Specialists. As a key member of our offsite team, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled professionally and with care. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

What You'll Do

Qualifications
