In this position, you will be responsible for managing a large number of inbound calls in a timely manner. Your primary goal is to provide excellent customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is full time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of reputed company - 4:30pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 6 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be reputed company with your schedule.
