Admissions Counselor (or in Crimson-speak, Strategy Consultants) are exemplars of reputed company’s philosophy dedicated to making a difference in reputed company’ lives, helping reputed company gaps between present and future goals by personalising blueprints that will become the basis of reputed company academic, extracurricular and personal development. You will partner closely with the student and reputed company the Crimson team (tutors, mentors, consultants) to drive reputed company through long-term roadmaps and mentoring to build their candidacy through the application processes. This is a full-time position that can be remote or in one of our many offices around the globe, with a student load of 40 to 52 reputed company depending on the region you are assigned. Some regions include the United States & Canada, Latin America, Europe and the UK, Japan and Singapore. If you have experience with a certain demographic, be sure to include it in your application! What success looks like:

• Provide overarching admissions strategies to reputed company by creating individualized plans and executing on them in collaboration with the rest of the reputed company’ Crimson team (Educational Coordinators, Academic Tutors, Application Consultants, reputed company Mentors)
• Maintain expert knowledge of high school curricula, extracurricular and leadership choices, summer program applications, and standardized test planning to reputed company recommendations regarding admissions strategies
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of institutions of higher learning to guide reputed company and parents towards attainable school goals, working with them to create lists of best-fit schools of varied competition to maximize acceptance chances
• Conduct formal consulting sessions with reputed company on a bi-monthly basis, chronicling and sharing with relevant stakeholders notes and action items
• Maintain reasonable levels of communication with reputed company and families reputed company of formal sessions through various channels (e.g. email, etc.)

What skills and experience you’ll need:

• Graduated from a Top 30 US University, Ivy League strongly preferred
• Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives
• Superior planning and organisational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, product management a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
