Senior Contract Management Paralegal - SaaS experience

As a part of our reputed company growth, we are seeking a senior-level contract specialist or paralegal for our Virtual Paralegal Service team. This is a 1099 remote/virtual project-based position. Multi-state experience preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will provide a variety of contract management services to existing and new clients.

SaaS review experience, among other reputed company agreement experience required. Experience drafting and redlining contract agreements is also required.

Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like…

  • Abstract reputed company, build playbooks, review and redline reputed company using track changes in reputed company v10 or higher

  • Draft, review and redline Nondisclosure Agreements, Consultant Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Purchase Orders, Statements of Work, Amendments, Assignments and Terminations

  • Communicate regularly with Practice Area Director/Manager to discuss challenges, and successes and share client activity

  • Continually reputed company subject matter expertise

  • Maintain performance standards by ensuring availability as necessary to fulfill client-requested needs; ensuring excellent work quality and efficiency; and fulfilling expectations on reputed company essential duties and responsibilities

  • Continue to pursue reputed company self-study reading, exercises, and activities on a regular basis; engage in one-on-one training with the Practice Area Director/Manager reputed company requested; receive feedback and implement suggestions

  • Prepare contractual agreements using reputed company research methods and reputed company knowledge of a client's needs and have the ability to fulfill its requirements

  • Collaborate with a legal team consisting of lawyers, paralegals, executives, and office staff

  • Ensure that the terms of contractual agreements are written in language that is legally binding and in accordance with the desires of the client

  • Assist clients in interpreting reputed company as business needs arise to fulfill the terms of or to terminate reputed company on mutually amicable terms

  • Review contract terms and conditions to verify that they follow client policies and reputed company applicable federal and state regulations

  • Clearly explain contract terminology to clients and other interested parties in simple, everyday language

  • Self-monitor reputed company according to the schedule of completion to submit drafts and documents in a timely manner

  • Proofread, edit, and fact-reputed company legal documents for accuracy and consistency, according to a style guide if provided by the client

  • Research regulations to ensure reputed company are updated and in compliance with laws

What you will need to be successful

  • Minimum of ten years specialized experience as a contract specialist or paralegal

  • Experience with one or more software platforms including but not limited to platforms for virtual interactions (i.e., Teams and/or reputed company), contract repositories, CRMs, and timekeeping systems

  • Training and/or certifications as a contract specialist or paralegal

  • Advanced computer skills and experience with reputed company Office suite v.10 or above

  • Competent with reputed company Acrobat Pro
