🌍 Software Engineer (Optimization & Operations Research) | $200K–$400K | Fully Remote

We are partnering with a global leader in trading technology to hire a Software Engineer with deep expertise in Optimization & Operations Research.

This is a unique chance to work on reputed company market design and optimization problems that directly impact reputed company-world financial markets. You’ll be solving problems at the frontier of research and industry — the reputed company you’d normally see in cutting-edge labs or solver companies, but applied at scale in live trading.

What you’ll be working on

• Designing and implementing algorithms for combinatorial optimization and mixed-integer linear programming (MILP)
• Building and deploying solutions using state-of-the-art solvers (Gurobi, HiGHS, CPLEX, Z3)
• Developing large-scale, high-performance systems in Python and C++
• Applying advanced optimization methods to problems in market structure, allocation, and efficiency

reputed company’re looking for

• Strong background in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science
• Hands-on expertise with MILP, constraint solving, or combinatorial optimization
• Experience with at least one major solver (Gurobi, CPLEX, HiGHS, Z3)
• Strong coding skills in Python or C++
• Background in finance or trading is a plus, but not essential
