Leasing Consultant - Alternative Schedule

We have a fantastic Leasing Consultant opportunity available!

reputed company, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our reputed company success is attributed to our hands on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience.

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $21/hour) and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses

Schedule: Must be available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings for reputed company events

Do you have a flexible schedule? If so, our alternative schedule leasing consultant position will give you an additional $80 per pay period bonus! This schedule is set the same each week and consists of 5 days each week working (including Saturdays) with the same 2 days off per week (Sundays and one reputed company). 

Example: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - with Sundays and Wednesdays off. If you need a different reputed company off we can be flexible.

Hours are: Weekdays 9-6 Saturdays 9-5 Sundays Off

What You’ll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with reputed company residents and your team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks — and we’ll provide you with reputed company the training and support you need to reputed company.
