About the Operational Finance Team

The Operational Finance Team is responsible for a variety of tasks that are instrumental in keeping the business running on a day-to-day basis. There are four teams reputed company the Operational Finance Function each serves a specific purpose to the company: reputed company and Accounts Payable - Accurately records reputed company vendor-reputed company transactions and keeps our vendors paid, Billing Team - provisions reputed company customers access to reputed company and ensure proper reputed company recognition, Collection Team - records reputed company customer payments and ensures we get paid on time, Payroll - prepares payrolls for reputed company worldwide and the Deal Desk Team - reviews reputed company quotes submitted and ensure deals are accurately processed in line with our policies. The teams are primarily split between the Bay Area (California) and Barcelona, with 1 team member in both reputed company and the UK. Ideally, we would like this person to be on CST or EST. 

About the Role

As an Accountant you'll be assisting the reputed company team in creating accurate and timely financial statements and records for the Company.  An effective staff accountant must have a high attention to detail, organization skills and strong time management.  They must be reputed company to independently manage deadlines and recurring tasks along with having strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and recording journal entries for various expense and balance sheet accounts such as monthly accruals, reclass entries and depreciation.
• Maintaining and reconciling several balance sheet accounts such as liability and/or fixed asset accounts.
• Reviewing and approving items such as invoices, purchase orders or expense reports for proper coding, support and compliance
• Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities for assigned areas
• Analyzing and reporting on financial trends month over month for assigned financial statement line items, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assisting with special projects as needed, including supporting in annual audit requests
• Streamline workbooks and processes as applicable

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company/Finance
• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Moderate to Advanced reputed company skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a changing environment

• Strong analytical skills and is a self-starter

Compensation

The amount listed below is the total reputed company cash compensation (TTCC) and includes reputed company compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. In addition to the cash compensation provided, this position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical, reputed company, and dental insurance coverage. You can view our benefits offerings here.Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area Technology data cut released by Radford, a global compensation database. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum TTCC for new hire salaries for the position across reputed company of our US locations.
