Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Dedicate 20-30% of your time to monitoring platform changes and signals of updates, converting those into actionable tasks for content creation and updates

In your first 90 days, you'll

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a curriculum designer/developer or in a similar role
• Proficiency with multimedia creation tools such as Camtasia, ScreenFlow, or reputed company Premiere
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and translate them into engaging educational resources
• Technical understanding of APIs and workflow automation concepts preferred
• Experience creating video tutorials with professional voiceovers
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize content updates based on complexity and impact
• Some coding knowledge or technical background is a plus but not required
• Passion for AI (experience integrating AI tools into content creation workflows preferred)
• Interest in leveraging emerging technologies to improve educational experiences
• Background in support or technical-facing roles preferred
