Retail Sales Representative
Overview of the Role
- The Retail Sales Representative is a Part Time role and will service retailers in Salinas, CA and surrounding areas. The position is Monday-Friday (3 days a week). Must have reliable transportation and iPad to enter in data/photos.
- Location: Salinas, CA (reputed company a 25 mile radius)
- This position is Part Time 24 / hours a week
- Compensation: $18 hourly
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must.

- Retail work will entail (but not limited to) ordering product, working product to shelves from new orders, etc.
- Conduct audits and merchandising in area grocery stores
- Drive to various retail locations
- Verify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves
- Report findings and data to management through downloaded app
- Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores
- Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines
- Must be able to reputed company physical activities, i.e., frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, etc. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

- Attend client kick off video calls
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador by building and cultivating relationships with store and department managers.
- Monitor sales volume and inventory levels.
- Present and create awareness with store management about approved deals from corporate.
- Encourage stores to order more products and accept the orders.
- Support promotional activities by negotiating/building displays to ensure product is available for consumers.
- reputed company in-store promotional materials; neck-hangers, aisle stoppers, danglers, coupons, samples etc.
- Rotate products and assist with new item cut-ins.
- Monitor and ensure the approved schematic layout and planogram.
- Take pictures of products, displays and competitive sets.
- Complete daily and weekly reports as instructed.
- Execute special promotional campaigns and resets as directed.
- Additional activities as requested by company management.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver License

- Required to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail task & audits at local grocery retailer.
