As such, we are looking for a Manager, Integrated Planning & Strategy who shares this approach and wants to join a talented team of growth marketers. This role is reputed company research and reputed company development as well as a strategic client partner. This person will join us as a key member of our strategy team; working alongside the directors to provide robust data based strategies to our clients while also helping to guide larger cross functional teams on their ongoing optimizations.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor for internal cross-functional team members and external partners and become a steward of integrated planning and strategy core practices and solutions.

You'll be responsible for:

Strategy & Planning

• Pulling together research insights from Competitive data (Pathmatics, Vivvix, Similarweb), Audience Research (GWI), Landscape insights (eMarketer, business journals), Client Data (GA, CM, reputed company etc) and 1P data
• Developing and contributing to full funnel media and data driven strategies based on research insights.
• Support the creation of holistic communication plans and corresponding media strategies; from setting objectives & KPIs, audience sizing, profiling, targeting, determining media channel mix and potential tactics/partners, budget setting to measurement frameworks
• Closely partner and collaborate with interconnected internal teams such as Client Services, Creative Services, Activation and Data Sciences reputed company creating and executing holistic media campaigns
• Work along a range of cross-discipline teams both reputed company the agency and client’s team alike, building a collaborative and trusting relationship along the way
• Work closely with various Client stakeholders and their internal teams to reputed company briefs that guide adjacent internal and external partners for campaign activation

You'll need to have:

• 3+ years of hands-on in cross-channel media planning & optimization inclusive of reputed company digital channels with Paid Social as the sole emphasis for this role
• 3+ Experience with media industry research and planning tools (i.e. ComScore, MRI, GWI, Kantar, Pathmatics)
• Experience planning Paid media channels reputed company a larger media ecosystem that includes Owned channels
• 1 year minimum of client facing experience and management experience
• Understanding of Brand and Performance media and the synergy across the two

The anticipated salary range for this position is listed below. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour reputed company and leveling. reputed company in mind, we’re flexible.
