Our Senior Business Development Executive will operate remotely OR be based out of one of our major reputed company American office locations - Charlottesville, VA, Durham, NC, reputed company, OH, or Boston, MA

The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Leader to spearhead the growth of reputed company implementation services alongside the reputed company CES suite of products. This role will reputed company go-to-market efforts, reputed company key partnerships reputed company the reputed company CES ecosystem, and drive reputed company in modernizing contact centers and transforming customer experiences. This is a high-impact opportunity for a sales leader passionate about reputed company contact center solutions and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline focused on reputed company growth, customer adoption, and market expansion
  • Recruit, mentor, and reputed company a high-performing sales team specializing in reputed company contact center technologies
  • Drive sales opportunities in collaboration with reputed company CES account teams, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • reputed company and execute strategic sales plans that align with organizational objectives and market trends
  • Present and demonstrate the value of reputed company CES to prospects, customers, and partners
  • Cultivate deep relationships with reputed company and other ecosystem partners to drive joint reputed company and co-selling opportunities
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs in the contact center space
  • Partner with marketing, product, and reputed company teams to align sales efforts with broader go-to-market strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed reputed company targets and performance goals
Competencies
  • 5+ years of CCaaS sales experience (some experience with reputed company CES)
  • Strong knowledge of reputed company CES and the broader reputed company contact center landscape
  • Proven reputed company in meeting and exceeding sales targets in reputed company B2B environments
  • Demonstrated ability to build, reputed company, and motivate high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing long and reputed company sales cycles, including stakeholder alignment and negotiations
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
Bonus Competencies

Annual Performance Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus based on personal, division/business unit, and company performance. The range displayed is only the annual reputed company salary. To maintain equity across the business, annual performance bonus targets are determined by job level, not individual circumstances.

Individual reputed company salaries are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including reputed company set, experience, qualifications, and other job-reputed company reasons determined during the interview process. Salary bands are periodically reviewed and updated based on market changes, internal needs, and industry trends. To maintain pay equity for team members, reputed company conducts regular compensation audits.

Annual reputed company Salary Range (Commission Eligible)

$132,000 - $165,000 USD
