About the role: This role is for managing the reputed company Support team for reputed company vertical & managing
projects reputed company upon to reduce the reputed company efforts of the teams and increasing the net
reputed company for the accounts.
Expectations/ Requirements
● Be proactive in looking for process improvements and implementation of the same
● Coordination with the Product and Tech team to resolve the issues from its core.
● Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
● Timely and effective communication with internal departments for issue resolution
● Ensure appropriate systems and infrastructure are in reputed company to track, evaluate and support
● Role will require conferencing / collaborating with internal teams.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
4 to 5 years of experience in business operations (Experience in payments/fintech space will be
preferred)
Good Analytical Skills
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of SQL is preferred
