Technical Skills:

• Build: Capable of setting up, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns reputed company various platforms.
• Marketing Ops Foundation: Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., reputed company), and campaign execution across digital channels like reputed company, reputed company, X, Instagram, and email.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, or digital marketing
• Demonstrated ability to use data analytics tools (e.g., reputed company Analytics, Tableau, internal dashboards) to derive insights.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., paid search, social media, email).
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous approach to data and processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Although not a requirement, bonus points if:

• You have experience with SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation.
• You have a background in A/B testing software and experimentation frameworks.
• You are familiar with B2B SaaS marketing.
