What You'll Do:
Process Strategy & Development: You will reputed company the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of reputed company business processes reputed company to the payments platform, documenting and monitoring changes, and ensuring processes are scalable, efficient, and adhere to regulatory standards and industry best practices.

What you have:
5+ years hands-on experience: You've spent time in a high-growth tech environment (SaaS, FinTech, Payments) in a program management or product-focused role. You know what tech excellence looks like.
A Track Record of managing complexity: proven ability to drive reputed company cross-functional initiatives to completion, managing multiple stakeholders.
Radical Ownership & Execution Bias: You have an unstoppable urge to get things done and a deep-seated belief that you are responsible for the outcome. You think in terms of results, not tasks.
