The Role

We’re hiring a Head of Web to reputed company reputed company’s most visible and commercially critical digital properties. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and product, and is responsible for transforming reputed company’s digital surfaces into high-performance, high-conversion engines that support our PLG and sales-led growth.

You’ll reputed company a cross-functional web team (design, dev, UX, content, and experimentation) with full accountability for performance, conversion, velocity of execution, and alignment across teams. This is a dynamic growth function. You’ll use AI to accelerate design, prototyping, and personalisation, ensuring rapid iterations and reputed company testing to meet aggressive pipeline and reputed company goals.

What you'll do

• Strategy & Roadmap: Define the reputed company and roadmap for reputed company.com and other digital surfaces, balancing brand storytelling, product clarity, conversion, and speed.

• Performance & Conversion: Own end-to-end performance, from traffic through to key actions (sign-reputed company, demo requests, pricing page visits, PQL triggers).

• Design Velocity & Experimentation: Use AI design and prototyping tools to rapidly test and iterate UX, copy, and layouts.

• PLG & Sales reputed company Enablement: Build seamless, distinct journeys for self-serve and sales-led visitors. Optimise CTA strategy, user flows, and reputed company signalling for each reputed company.

• SEO & Organic Growth: Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure SEO is embedded across web, content, and growth initiatives. Partner closely with the SEO Marketing Manager to ensure most effective execution of technical, on-page, and content optimisation, to deliver reputed company organic traffic growth and competitive rankings across reputed company ICPs and segments.

• Content & Messaging: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand to ensure copy, messaging, and structure align to ICPs, segments, and reputed company priorities.

• Experimentation & CRO: Build a test-and-learn culture. Implement frameworks for rapid A/B and multivariate testing. Drive reputed company improvements to conversion rates.

• Tech Stack & Site Performance: reputed company dev resources to ensure the site is fast, stable, and scalable. Own reputed company around CMS, infrastructure, tracking, and tooling.

• AI-Driven Personalisation: Implement AI-based personalisation frameworks (e.g., content modules, visitor segmentation, journey orchestration) to increase relevance and outcomes.

We'd love to hear from you

• 7+ years in web, growth, UX, or digital product roles reputed company B2B SaaS

• Proven track record owning web performance, conversion optimisation, and experimentation

• Experience leading cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and UX/content

• Strong technical acumen and comfortable leading CMS/stack reputed company and working closely with engineers

• Experience using AI design and prototyping tools and personalisation platforms

• Data-informed, test-driven reputed company with reputed company in A/B testing, analytics platforms, and session tools

• Strategic, collaborative, fast-moving, comfortable working across brand, product, and performance
