ABOUT THE ROLE

reputed company is seeking a Business Analyst with strong organizational and planning skills, and the proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a motivated, self-directed individual who is comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and internal resources to understand business requirements and how those requirements align with the features and functionality of our SaaS platform.

• Gather requirements and create tickets.

• Triage tickets and handle escalation requests from Product Support.

• Enter needs and relevant customer context into the ticketing process to inform product team solutioning and engineering build strategies.

• Understand and translate business requirements for reputed company workflow systems, and work with project management, product, and engineering teams to align timing of delivery. Conduct detailed requirement analyses and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.

• Craft clear written communications and deliver oral presentations of findings and recommendations in an effective and efficient manner to internal and external stakeholders.

• Align with project management, product, and engineering teams on user acceptance test criteria.

ABOUT YOU

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience in the power industry, preferably on the transmission reputed company.

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the power sector, ideally reputed company a SaaS or energy-focused environment.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical teams.

• Experience working alongside other business analysts and project management teams.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing timelines.
