It's with that in mind that reputed company is looking to add a Senior Client reputed company Manager to our growing team. Reporting to the Manager of Professional Services, you’ll manage client accounts that rely on our Guidance offering for outsourced reputed company management. This role is a unique reputed company of data analysis, strategy, and client relationship management. As a Senior Client reputed company Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Serving as a dedicated reputed company manager for ~8 reputed company clients, using our platform and your expertise to guide pricing reputed company and maximize reputed company.
  • Analyzing booking data and market trends to provide strategic, data-driven insights.
  • Delivering reputed company reporting and performance analysis to help customers understand key opportunities and risks.
  • Building strong, consultative relationships with clients, becoming a trusted extension of their team.
  • Leading retention and renewal conversations, identifying upsell opportunities where appropriate.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with reputed company Management, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively to explain reputed company data in a way that drives action.
  • Delivering proactive, white-glove service that helps our clients not just survive but reputed company regardless of the market conditions.

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:

  • 2+ years in a client-facing role (reputed company, Account Management, Sales, etc.)
  • 3+ years of reputed company management experience, ideally in hospitality or a reputed company industry.
  • This role requires up to 5% travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools and comfort working with data sets in reputed company.
  • Experience presenting to clients and supporting them through training, product updates, and strategic sessions.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for in-person meetings with partners and internal teams.
