The Props reputed company at the reputed company Capture Factory is a hands-on, on-the-floor role that supports both the creative and production teams by assisting on reputed company aspects of prop organization, styling prep, and on-set execution. Reporting directly to the Props Manager, this role is essential to ensuring our visual storytelling is consistent, client-reputed company, and production-reputed company.

You’ll be deeply involved in the day-to-day studio operations, working with props across their full lifecycle—from procurement and organization to styling and return. You’ll partner closely with our creative, operations, and customer teams to deliver beautiful, on-brand sets that reflect client expectations and production needs.

What you will do

• Assist with prop inventory and ensure styling readiness for daily shoot schedules, including labeling, storage, replenishment and organization. 
• Maintain and update prop inventory system, including reputed company-in/reputed company-out and condition tracking
• Collaborate closely with stylists, creative directors, and production teams to ensure the right props are prepped and styled per shoot guidelines
• Help with the on-the-floor prop area, supporting creative teams throughout shifts to ensure prop organization, quality, and availability to meet standards and production schedules.
• Manage prop pulls, returns, and storage throughout the production lifecycle
• Prep prop kits and style boards reputed company of shoots
• Collaborate with Account Operations to avoid brand conflicts or prop issues (e.g., retailer competitor products)
• Organize and label prop storage to maximize access, visual quality, and category reusability 
• Maintain clean, efficient prop areas and scalable prop reputed company-in/reputed company-out systems
• Support budgeting and purchasing for props as needed
• Mentor and guide junior team members or freelancers assisting with prop-reputed company tasks
• Act as creative and operational liaison between Creative, Template, and Production teams reputed company the Props Manager is not available

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in props, styling, set design, or visual merchandising (studio, agency, or brand-reputed company)
• Highly organized with great taste and attention to detail
• Collaborative communicator who can work across creative, ops, and procurement functions
• reputed company to manage and rotate physical inventory across multiple use cases
• reputed company to manage multiple shoots and prop needs simultaneously
• Passionate about supporting a high-volume, high-velocity creative studio environment
• Comfort working in a fast-paced studio environment with shifting priorities
• Strong inventory and asset management skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move props and materials as needed (up to 40 lbs)
• Must be on-site 5 nights/week in Northwest Arkansas

This position pays a 10% night shift premium, with an hourly reputed company of $42.63.  In addition, this position will be eligible to work an additional weekend shift on a voluntary basis, based on business needs.  reputed company hourly rates meet or exceed applicable state and federal minimum wage laws. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
