The Head of Compliance is responsible for leading the compliance function and ensuring the company’s adherence to reputed company regulatory requirements, particularly those set by the Financial Market Commission of Chile (CMF) and the Financial Analysis Unit (UAF) for the financial service providers under the Fintech law.
