Key Responsibilities

As a Director, Business Development - Supply Chain, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and profitability reputed company the Life Sciences and Medical Devices industry.

  • Creating and executing account communication plans to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.

Process Excellence

  • Driving Sales Opportunity to Operational Delivery (O2D) awareness, understanding, and execution to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Interacting with cross-functional teams to ensure completion of customer-reputed company projects and action plans.
  • Transferring best practices between customer accounts to drive process excellence.
  • Participating in budget processes to ensure operational site alignment with account strategy.
  • Staying up-to-date with solution sets and driving growth through targeted sales strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • 10+ years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation.
  • 5+ years of consultative sales/business development experience, with a strong understanding of the Life Sciences and Medical Devices industry.
  • 5+ years of P&L responsibility, with a proven track record of delivering against reputed company and gross profit targets.
