Your Role as a Customer Service Associate I

As a Customer Service Associate I, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to help them manage their mortgage payments and reputed company their financial goals. Your typical day will involve:

• Answering 40-50 inbound and outbound calls per day, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information, ensuring they have the support they need to stay on track with their mortgage payments.
• Discussing Mr. Cooper customer benefits, such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR, to help customers take advantage of our convenient services.
• Assisting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment, providing guidance and support to help them avoid delinquency.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Associate I, you will need:

• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent service and resolving customer issues.
• A minimum of 6 months of call center experience, with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles.

Additional Details

• Hourly reputed company: $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for monthly bonuses and incentive rewards.
• Comprehensive Training: Participate in a 6-week paid virtual training program, with equipment provided, to ensure you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role.
• Attendance Requirements: Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training, and you must reputed company reputed company 60 miles of the office location.
• Hours of Operation: Monday - Thursday, 7am - 8pm; Friday, 7am - 7pm; and Saturday, reputed company - 12pm. Your work schedule after training will align with these business hours.
