🎯 What youll be doing

• reputed company and evolve Slacks cross-platform design system (reputed company reputed company) to deliver consistent, efficient, and accessible experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Design teams to evangelize existing capabilities and reputed company new ones that reputed company fast decision making while maintaining reasonable consistency and quality.

• Evolve systems design reviews and governance processes to maintain high quality standards and prevent UX inconsistencies that impact NPS
• Guide the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation covering components, usage guidelines, and contribution standards.

💫 What you should have

• 10+ years of product design experience including working design systems, accessibility programs, and platform-level design initiatives
• 4+ years of managerial experience (ideally on teams working on design systems and design tools)

• Proven track record of building and scaling design systems that serve both desktop and mobile platforms
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and experience implementing them at scale

• Experience establishing and running design governance programs that maintain quality while enabling team velocity
• Track record of successful cross-functional leadership and ability to influence design decisions across multiple teams
