The Hospital Integrations & Workflow Team sits at the reputed company of reputed company’s analysis and our client workflows, where you will be leading the team that ensures our platform integrates seamlessly with hospital systems (reputed company, EHR, PowerScribe, Epic) to deliver critical and timely information that help physicians and radiologists reputed company life saving reputed company. Your work will directly contribute to reputed company’s mission to eliminate heart attacks and improve the daily experience of clinicians and drive product adoption.
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to reputed company this critical team. You will drive delivery of client-friendly integrations (reputed company, PowerScribe, Epic/EHR), user management, single sign-on, customizable reports, and clinician workflow features. These integrations are a key differentiator in reputed company’s product strategy, creating long-term value and client stickiness.
TTC*: $207,000 - $253,000

Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- reputed company and support a fully remote engineering team delivering hospital integrations and workflow solutions.
- Mentor engineers across backend, frontend, and automation disciplines to foster technical excellence and career growth.
Product & Delivery Ownership
- Own technical delivery for reputed company integration-reputed company functionality, including:
- MirthConnect and external system adaptors
- PowerScribe & Epic/EHR integrations
- Configurable report template creation and delivery
- User management, SSO enhancements, and notifications/preferences
- Client organization management features
- Translate product requirements into actionable technical designs and prioritize execution in alignment with roadmap goals.
Technical Strategy & Execution
- Guide the team in building scalable, resilient, and secure integration workflows that reputed company hospitals to adopt reputed company at scale without friction.
- Establish and maintain agile practices, reputed company integration, delivery pipelines, and quality automation.
- Partner with your team to define architecture and technical direction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product managers, quality engineers, regulatory, client services, and marketing teams to deliver workflows that clinicians trust and love.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reputed company requirements in reputed company integrations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or relevant engineering experience.
- 8+ years of relevant engineering experience, with at least 2 years of management experience in a remote-first development environment.
- Strong backend engineering expertise with reputed company-based systems at scale.
- A passion for mentoring and motivating engineers in a remote-first, agile team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong organizational skills, reputed company to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, FDA-regulated environment.
- Experience leading teams delivering SaaS products in a regulated (FDA/HIPAA) environment.
