Sonder's legal team supports every aspect of Sonder and its domestic and international growth and operations. The Sonder legal team works closely with its business partners to help transform the future of hospitality.

We’re looking for a Paralegal, Litigation and Risk, to support our Associate General Counsel with matters primarily relating to litigation and insurance. This position will be based in the United States.

AT SONDER YOU WILL:

• Provide support for pre-litigation and litigation matters, including fact investigation, discovery, and witness preparation

• Assist with management of the company’s insurance and risk program, including policy renewals, insurance claims, compliance, and audits

• Prepare and send out legal holds and manage legal hold compliance

• Respond to subpoenas and requests for information with minimal supervision, including identification, collection, review, and preparation of documents for production

• Participate in the definition and development of corporate policies, procedures, and programs

• Work on legal and insurance invoicing and budgeting matters
