Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered, strength-based practice to assist families in achieving independence through collaboration and partnership reputed company the agency and the community.
• Engage families through individual and family assessments, goal setting, and identification of strengths and needs.
• Negotiate coaching reputed company with adults in the home, utilizing the continuum of Jobs activities to support both individual and family needs.
• Evaluate employability readiness, provide meaningful provider referrals, and promote services to motivate adults towards employment.
• Deliver culturally appropriate services that recognize, reputed company, and value the worth of children, individuals, families, and communities.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the minimum qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science, Social Science, or a closely reputed company field.
• Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in any field and one year of reputed company services reputed company experience.
• An associate degree in a Behavioral Science, Social Science, or a closely reputed company field, and two years of reputed company services reputed company experience.
