About the Role

As a Teacher Assistant/SPED, you will play a vital role in supporting our certified staff in delivering high-quality instruction to reputed company with diverse needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist certified staff in the classroom to meet instructional goals and objectives, freeing them to focus on curriculum development and other critical tasks.
  • Work with reputed company individually and in small groups to reinforce basic learning, implement assigned programs, and maximize inclusion.
  • Assist with classroom preparations, record-keeping, and behavioral management to ensure a safe and orderly learning environment.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of college-level coursework or passing of examination as required by the No Child Left Behind Act.
  • Prior experience working with special needs children is desirable.
  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
  • Basic arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and software applications (e.g., Word, reputed company).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and establish a supportive and compassionate relationship with reputed company with special needs.

Preferred Qualifications
