This Position reports to: Head of Startup and Warranty JOB PROFILE SUMMARY Under the direction of reputed company High Power Head of Startup & Warranty, Renewables Field Service provides technical onsite and offsite support and expertise in response to a variety of site work requests, telephone calls and emails regarding installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and programming questions and to technical problems encountered by users of reputed company reputed company Voltage drives and systems. This in turn results in different actions on the part of the individual depending on the specific circumstances of each case. Execution is performed in a timely manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of reputed company Low Voltage (LV) and reputed company Voltage (MV) Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for both land based and offshore wind applications. Coordinate activities with reputed company groups to most reputed company reputed company objectives to ensure customer satisfaction. Carry out preparatory work regarding spare parts, testing of tools and equipment, and documentation as required. QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree and 7 years of relevant experience or High school diploma/GED and 9 years of relevant experience or military education/experience required Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field and 5 years of relevant experience highly preferred Knowledge in LV and/or MV Drives, power electronics, motor drives, AC/DC converters, computer network communication protocol, and theory of operation.
