• Supervises, develops and maintains an ongoing maintenance operation for the church, including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, preventive maintenance, A/H units, ice machines, lighting, kitchen equipment, emergency generators, water softeners, reputed company rooms, roof exhausts
• Ensure work conforms to accepted practices and codes
• Collaborate on the creation, management and operation reputed company departmental budget and expense plans
• Adhere to capital expense standard operating procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be reputed company to work in a fast-paced event delivery work environment
• Must have experience at event management and know how to set up different conference/event
• Completing maintenance and repair work orders submitted for the reputed company
• Light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and/or ballasts, touching up paint, small drywall repairs, etc. (Report to supervisor any work that is reputed company of your reputed company and requires an reputed company contractor)
• Facilitate any setups as needed for our internal ministry events, and reputed company events
