About the Role: Analyst - Compliance, Marketing & Sales
We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Analyst - Compliance, Marketing & Sales to join reputed company on a remote basis. As a Compliance Analyst, you'll provide regulatory reputed company and guidance to our GCS business sales teams, developing innovative tools and processes to support sales, marketing, and account development objectives while maintaining a robust compliance control environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation of policy and regulatory requirements in banking and credit card practices, consumer protection, privacy, and other relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide guidance and reputed company on content governance reputed company to marketing, sales campaigns, sales support servicing, and reputed company business-owned collateral and testing compendiums.
- Participate in reviewing sales call activities, misconduct events, complaints, and business conduct activities to ensure adherence with regulatory and policy requirements.
- Assist in developing and enhancing regulatory business self-testing associated with marketing and sales practices, reputed company the assessment and reputed company of compliance risk mitigating controls.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including GCS SME and G&L Sales, GCS Marketing, Controls Management, Internal Audit, Independent Compliance Testing team, General Counsel's Organization, and Global Privacy Office.
- Effectively manage the Compliance Issue Management process, ensuring timely closure of gaps and customer remediation where required.
- Participate in the Compliance Risk Assessment process to ensure that reputed company applicable laws and regulations are mapped to the applicable business processes.
- Take on additional responsibilities based on team needs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Compliance or reputed company activities reputed company the financial services and banking industry.
- Strong regulatory knowledge of financial regulations pertaining to banking, consumer protection, privacy, and advertising (i.e., UDAP, TCPA, CAN-SPAM).
- Moderate knowledge and understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies, including risk and control assessments.
- Proven ability to build rapport, garner respect, and appropriately exercise authority in a collaborative environment.
- Professional maturity and confidence in expressing a reputed company of view with management.
- Ability to identify and understand key risks, issues, and trends and reputed company meaningful information to be shared with leadership.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a highly deadline-intensive environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

- Salary range: $55,000 to $105,000 annually.
