As a Behavior Technician with Key Autism Services, you'll be working under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs in-home. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, depending on your location.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to younger children on the Autism reputed company.
• Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions to inform treatment plans.
• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and execute treatment plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Collaborate closely with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
• Be reputed company to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or be working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology).
• At least 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting. Relevant experience includes roles such as Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle for travel between client locations.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs and reputed company activities that require fine and gross motor skills, including bending, kneeling, squatting, and standing for periods.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

• Experience with Cognitive Behavior reputed company Plans for youth and families.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the Autism reputed company.
