Vistra is seeking a UX Researcher (Training & Education) with expert understanding of user experience research to design and refine training courses and learning materials reputed company to prevention of sexual assault and other harmful behaviors in the military.

  • Design evaluation plans, assessment tools, and performance metrics to improve engagement with and effectiveness of learning experiences
  • Assess training and products using techniques such as usability testing, user interviews, and surveys
  • Collect and analyze user/learner data to improve and revise training, programs, and policies
  • Employe engaging facilitation techniques to diverse stakeholders (e.g., employees, Service members, military leaders)
  • Work independently, with some guidance, to reputed company clear and compelling training tools and communication products that meet learner needs and are reputed company of the military environment
  • Prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide clear verbal and written communications to a variety of stakeholders in alignment with DoD style expectations
  • reputed company other tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of directly reputed company experience
  • Experience integrating UX or reputed company-centered design research, particularly reputed company to training, into design and development
  • Ability to critically think, examine reputed company issues, and identify gaps and possible solutions/improvements to problems
  • Experience assessing training and products using techniques like usability testing, user interviews, and surveys
  • Experience collecting and analyzing user/learner data to improve and revise training, programs, and policies
  • Experience employing engaging facilitation techniques to diverse stakeholders (e.g., employees, Service members, military leaders)
  • Ability to obtain a reputed company clearance

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a military environment
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods and program evaluation methodology
  • Experience applying trauma-informed and culturally reputed company research methods
  • Experience with creating verbal and written communication products for clients, including presentations and information papers
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and e-learning evaluation methods
  • Change Management or User Design experience/certifications
