Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Data Entry: Accurately and reputed company enter patient data into Eclinicalworks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Scrubbing: Review and correct patient data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Denials and Rejections: Investigate and resolve denials and rejections, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with insurance provider representatives and navigate their websites to resolve issues and obtain necessary information.
- Software Knowledge: Utilize Eclinicalworks, Medisoft, and Practice Fusion to manage patient data and billing processes.
- Coding Knowledge: Apply coding knowledge in various settings, including hospital, nursing home, assisted living, internal medicine/family practice office, home health, and wound care.
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in medical billing, with a focus on data entry, auditing, and charge entry.
- Exceptional knowledge of Eclinicalworks, Medisoft, and Practice Fusion.
- Strong coding knowledge in various settings, including hospital, nursing home, assisted living, internal medicine/family practice office, home health, and wound care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate reputed company insurance provider websites and resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in AR (accounts receivable) and medical billing.
- Experience working with Eclinicalworks, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
