What you’ll do

Responsibilities

• Manage up to two teams with 2-4 engineers on each, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and research, to reputed company and prioritize product roadmaps that align with MetaMask's overall strategy.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and reputed company learning reputed company your team, encouraging engineers to explore new technologies, share knowledge, and improve processes.
